General Description

The studio has the traditional attractive herring-bone patterned hardwood floors and wooden-beamed ceilings that are so often found in the Paris apartments. They are reminders of an era past, and really enhance the atmosphere of the rental. The Living Room

The Living Room is quite roomy due to the efficient layout of the sleeping arrangements. The sofa pulls out into a double bed, and along one wall is a Murphy bed that folds up out of the way during the day. There are high windows with attractive drapes, a soft sofa with decorative throw pillows, wooden armchairs, a coffee table, television, a music-system, a table that also folds up out of the way, dining chairs, and the pull-out single bed. On the walls, photographs and reproductions add the finishing touches.

The Kitchen

The separate kitchen is very efficiently designed as well. There is a stove, an under-counter microwave, a refrigerator, coffee maker, a two-element electric range, a toaster, and cupboards that include dishes and cutlery. The washing machine is also located in the kitchen. The backsplash is tiled for easy cleanup.

The Bathroom

The Bathroom is decorated with beautiful faux-marble ceramic tiles and includes a bathtub with a shower, a pedestal sink, shelves, a lighted mirror, clothes hangers, and a toilet.

The Area/Environment

Many residents of Paris frequent this district because it is the heart of the city with its famous attractions. Some of the better small museums in the city are in the 3rd Arrondissement along the cobble-stoned streets. Among them are the Musée National Picasso and the Musée Carnavalet.
