The Living Room

The main room of the apartment is very spacious and bright thanks to multiple large windows, white walls, shiny floor, and minimalist but fantastic furnishings. Masonry is used on some of the walls, and along with artificial columns, provides a living space that really has some flair. Included is a quality leather sofa, a dining table of unusual shape supported on one end by one of the columns, wire chairs, a comfortable armchair, an illuminated coffee table shelves, and a TV.

The Bedroom

The Bedroom is interesting and unique in its own way. There is a large double bed enclosed in a cube-like canopy, a mirror, clothes hangers, and a real, sturdy safe.

The Kitchen

The open kitchen is extended from the living room. It is equipped with an electric range, a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, lots of cupboards and shelves, a coffee maker, and all the other small appliances you may need. There is also a complete set of dishes and cutlery. Small ceramic tiles are on the walls around the cooking area.

The Bathroom

The Bathroom has a shower stall, a counter sink, lighted mirrors, shelves, makeup lights, and a toilet.

The Area/Environment

The 3rd Arrondissement is in the northern, quiet part of the medieval district of Le Marais. The area is home to the oldest surviving private house in Paris, built in the early 1400′s.
