The Living Room

The Living Room is very roomy and enjoyable, and is ideal as a relaxing home base for your vacation or for entertaining friends. The room has a dark sofa with comfortable bright pillows, an oval smoked- glass coffee table, another two-level table that serves as a stand for the flat screen, and area rugs on the floor. There is additional covered storage under the stairwell to the mezzanine. On the walls you’ll find reproductions of paintings and a large mirror.

The Mezzanine

The mezzanine on the second level is accessible by stairs and has just enough room for a large double bed, a chair and a small chest of drawers. It makes for a comfortable sleeping space.

The Kitchen

The Kitchen is adjacent to the living room, separated with a small snack bar with high chairs. The cabinets are a glossy dark red, and the counter has a ceramic range, refrigerator, microwave, sink, and all the other small appliances and utensils you may need.

The Bathroom

The Bathroom is tiled in gleaming white and has a bathtub with a shower, a sink with a cabinet underneath, mirrored doors over the sink, and a toilet.

The Area/Environment

There are no major attractions within this specific district, but you are close enough to any of the other areas to go see what may interest you. The 17th Arrondissement is the "real" Paris – with the authentic citizenry, and the quintessential Parisian atmosphere you have probably imagined in all its wealth and grandeur. There are plenty of bistros, shops, and bars for entertainment. Public transportation is excellent in the area via Metro: Line 3 and Subway: Villiers.
