Living room

A spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and cozy fireplace easily plunges you into the atmosphere of an old Paris. And a large dining table for up to 8 persons will become an indispensable place for discussing plans, chatting and sipping Burgundy wine.

A separate kitchen is equipped with all necessary: a large fridge, an electric stove with oven, a dishwasher, a toaster and ample cabinets for dishes. Everything you need for cooking dinner for the whole family.

Bedroom 1

A nice bedroom is furnished with a large double bed, bedside tables and a built-in wardrobe. The windows face the courtyard; one of the walls is adjacent to a bathroom.

Bedroom 2

The bedroom has a single bed with a small table and bedside table with drawers. The staircase leads to the upper floor which is also equipped with a single bed.

Mezzanine 1

The upper floor is equipped with a single bed and a dormer window.

Bathroom

The spacious bathroom is equipped with a sink, a bathtub and a washing machine. The toilet is in a separate room, near the entrance to the apartment.

Area / Neighborhood

The apartment is located in the heart of the elite Saint-Germain-des-Prés district.
A small walk makes it easy to get to the shady alleys of the Luxembourg Gardens, as well as to the Orsay Museum and Louvre Museums, located on both banks of the Seine River. The famous Café de Flore is next to the apartment, as well as Lipp bar on the opposite side, on the shady side of the Saint-Germain Boulevard.
