General Description
Residents enter the three-story building through forest green doors and climb a spiral staircase to the top floor of this tiny, eclectic apartment that can accommodate two to four persons. Each room has light walls and quirky sense of style illustrated with the statue-lamp in the living room, large floral upholstered chairs in the dining area that clash with the weighty earth-toned curtains and anunusual colour combinationof hanging art work, bedding and curtains in the bedroom.
The Entrance
A short foyer that leads directly to the bedrooms contains a bookshelf and chest of drawers.
The Living Room
Two end tables and lamps, positioned on either side of the tan leather sofa, are the only are the only matching pieces in this fully furnished living space. Atop wood flooring is a small throw rug, positioned in front of the couch along with a long rustic table; seating also includes a an orange antique-looking armchair and reddish-orange leather chair. Heavy dark earth-toned curtains hang on the picture window, with a dark wooden cabinet off to the side; opposite the window is a two-shelf entertainment center with a large television set, cable and wi-fi. Miscellaneous art fills the room, with framed pieces on the walls and a freestandingclassical statue/candelabrum.
The Dining Room
A narrow space, the dining room contains a long rectangular table able to seat six; the large chairs are upholstered in a floral print, while the heavy drapery matches that of the living room.
The Kitchen
Wood cabinetry provides plenty of storage space for cookware, tableware and utensils and food. A sink is positioned at the corner of the L-shaped green marble counter. The kitchen comes equipped with appliances such as a coffee maker, microwave and a stove with four flattop burners.
The First Bedroom
Built-in shelves are located to the right and left of a large wooden panel with hanging art behind the double bed. The room also contains a large potted plant, bookshelf, two night tables with matching lamps, a chair and chest of drawers.
The Second Bedroom
A large wooden panel is located behind the bed, which has six shelves to one side and a small magazine stand with a yellow lamp placed on its flat top at the other side. The room also contains an antique writing table with chair; the space on the table is large enough for a laptop computer and papers/books.
The Bathroom
White tiles line the bathtub and walls of the bathroom, which also contains washbasin and bidet; a large mirror is mounted behind a sink that has drawers below; it also equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
The Toilet
The toilet is separate from the bathroom, in a small white room with freestanding sink.

Within close proximity to the Eiffel Tower and Trocadero, this 16th area of Paris apartment is within five minutes of Passy Street – an active area that contains boutiques of famous designers as well as beauty shops and cafés. Metro: Passy (line 6) or Muette (line 9)
