Week: €2,265.00 (Agency fee is included)
General Description
Full-length windows provide ample light throughout the space and access to two private balconies; the apartment overlooks the some of the most notable parts of Paris, including an amazing view of the Arc de Triomphe, which transforms into a nighttime “City of Light”. The refined decor, including modern furnishings with a black and red motif, highlights this two-bedroom apartment with living room, kitchen and bath.
The Living Room
Four chairs, reminiscent of retro-ball chairs, surround a frosted glass table with matching circular steel bases; another two, for a total of three red and three white, are placed on either side of the large room with black carpeting. Two steps lead to a heightened corner of the room; an entertainment center, including plasma TV, is placed against the wall and between two black storage shelves holding plants (a third is placed on the opposite side of the room). A floor plant is placed in front of a small section of wall, containing a mirror that separates two full-length windows that run the remaining length of the room. The windows, donned with red drapery, have metal dividers and provide balcony access.
The First Bedroom
Located underneath the staircase, this loft-style bedroom contains a large double bed covered with a black and red comforter and a comfortable sofa, which can also be used for sleep. A curtain, slipped through the railing, can provide privacy for the sleeping quarters.
The Second Bedroom
A loft located at the top of the stairway contains a large double bed with the same comforter as the bed below. A railing stands above a short wall on the side of the bed, overlooking the apartment below; for privacy, a curtain can be drawn.
The Kitchen
Entirely black, including the counter, drawers and stovetop, a long bar offsets the kitchen is offset from the living room. Although it appears small, the kitchen is equipped with many appliances, including an electric cooker with two burners, sink, microwave, kettle, toaster and espresso machine.
The Bathroom
The walls, floor and outside of the tub in this elongated bathroom are constructed of a beautiful gray marble; it also contains a toilet, washbasin and a small mantle positioned under a well-lit mirror.
The Area/Environment
Located in close proximity to the president’s residence, Triumphal Arch, bridge of Alexander III, Opera and, most notably, the Champs Elysees.
