General Description
Parquet floors, unique fireplaces and an overall bright atmosphere are among the many desirable features of this spacious apartment able to accommodate four residents. The Living Room
A black sofa and coffee table offer contrast to the white living area with pops of colourful accents, including throw pillows and art. A floor and overhead lamp provide ample lighting throughout the living and kitchen areas. The living room also contains a distinctive fireplace, small tray-like table and wooden entertainment center with television set.
The Kitchen
Off to the side of the living area is the kitchen, designed in a contemporary marble that lines the counter space and wall above. From the kitchen, the upper level of a bar-like area can be used as a table, while the lower section provides extra counter space for working or laying out food/drinks; cabinet space is located below. The kitchen cupboards are stocked with supplies; in addition, modern appliances include a refrigerator, microwave and electric ovens, and washing machine.
The Bedroom
The bedroom provides a classic feel with decorative molding and intricate details on the fireplace; above the mantle is a large mirror that reflects light emitted from the lamps to make the room appear even brighter. Between two single beds, is a nightstand that matches the tone of the wooden backboards; a large wardrobe gives a copious amount of storage. White linen with a decorative floral design adds a hint of color to the room; the drapes contain the same pattern.
The Bathroom
Bright yellow tiles cover the bathroom, which contains a shower, washbasin, well-lit mirror and built-in drawers.
The Area/Environment
The 15th area of Paris contains a well-developed infrastructure, yet is still considered a quiet residential area. Most famous for the Montparnasse district, where the 210 meters high Tour Montparnasse stands as the highest skyscraper in Paris; visitors can ascend to the top floor and enjoy a meal overlooking city or purchase items from a souvenir shop. Also noted for the Île des Cygnes, which holds the French Statue of Liberty. In addition, residents enjoy many museums, restaurants, cafés and other activities.
