General Description

A comfortable, welcoming atmosphere flows throughout this one-bedroom apartment with extra mezzanine sleeping area. The contemporary kitchen comes equipped with necessary appliances and bath has a shower/tub and modern design. Wooden floors, dark beams and a unique décor make this a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the company of friends and loved ones.

The Living Room/Bedroom

In loft style, the living and sleeping space are located in one large room. The living room contains an entertainment stand with plasma television and stereo system, two stools in front of a long narrow table that holds a synthesizer, a coffee table draped in cloth containing a large circular silver “platter,” shelves, a chest of drawers and wardrobe. A floor lamp with long shade provides warm light that compliments the natural light from the window. At the far end of the room, located at an ideal level to watch the TV, is a double bed, covered in shades of brown and red and white throw pillows.

The Mezzanine/Second Bedroom

The mezzanine overlooks the living area; simple and quaint, it contains a double-size futon-style bed with wood frame, large shelf with lamps and a mirror, small table, carpeting, fan and small “bench” against the wall.

The Kitchen

A bar with two chairs separates the kitchen from the living room. The kitchen comes equipped with a steel-faced refrigerator, electric cooker with overhead hood, sink, washing machine and coffee maker. Wooden cabinetry provides storage for utensils, cookware, dry staples and other supplies.

The Bathroom

Brown and azure tiles line the walls of this modern bathroom, which includes a shower, washbasin, mirror and cupboard for storage.

The Area/Environment

Known for its nightlife, with numerous cafés, bars and clubs for local residents to enjoy, the 11th Area of Paris is considered the most urbane part of the city.
