General Description

Distinctive architectural and design elements characterize this luxury apartment. Various sized circular rugs are placed throughout the apartment; wooden floors and beams, an unusual but charming fireplace, along with brick and tile work in the kitchen come together with subtle touches throughout the furnished space. An openness flows between the rooms, including a living room, dining room, hall, mezzanine bedroom, kitchen with bar and bathroom.

The Entrance

As you enter through the hall, the focus of the interior is a raised fireplace set in front of an accent wall. A small circular rug and sofa, in the same light tonal range as the walls and unique angular fireplace, create an environment ideal for relaxation. Decorative artistic elements further compliment the space, which also contains inset bookshelves and a coffee table.

The Living Room

Beige and red make up the spacious living area. The smaller side of an «L» shaped sofa, lined flush against the wall, separates the dining area at the end of the space. Circular rugs are also found in this room, which contains a large plasma television, sound system, two coffee tables and a round pouf. A window, with wooden oak frame and panes, casts light on the lunch area, which consists of a small black table and four chairs on a light beige area rug. A black shelving unit is placed against an accent wall and this offset eating space is decorated with floor plants, flowers and a simple light hanging over the table.

The Bedroom

Stairs lead from the living room to the mezzanine bedroom, with double bed and rattan furniture. The angled ceiling and parquet floor are contrasted with dark wooden beams.

The Kitchen

With space to more around comfortably, the kitchen is equipped with a four-top gas stove with oven, sink and amble cabinet space. Tiled floors and wall, including a blue and white water design over the stove, and bricks make up the space over a mantle above the stove; in addition, the kitchen contains a large bar able to seat four people.
