General description
The apartment is located in the 1st area of Paris, which is the smallest in the French capital as well as the oldest one and descends to the Middle Ages. The area is situated on the right bank of the river Seine. Numerous business and administrative centers are located here. But the 1st area is first of all tourists’ Mecca as there are Place Vendome with the most expensive jewelry boutiques such as Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Boucheron; a huge underground shopping center Forum les Halles, the Louvre, rue de Rivoli, Tyuileri Gardens and the Royal Palace.

The living room
The living room is rather luminous as light comes through large windows. It is furnished with a double bed, two night tables and a TV-set. There is also a convertible armchair-bed for one person.

The kitchen
The kitchen is open and only a bar separates it from the room. The kitchen is fully found, all the necessary utensils and appliances are there: a refrigerator, an electric stove with exhaust hood, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer machine, a microwave, a toaster and a coffee maker.
