General Description
The spacious apartment is not only functional, but looks cool. Contemporary furniture and décor make this a truly unique and enjoyable space. The spacious living area includes a large sofa/bed, parquet floors and an awesome entertainment center; the comfortable double bed sits in the center of the bedroom with lots of storage, including drawers, shelves and a built-in closet; the apartment also includes a bright kitchen with necessary amenities and bathroom with shower cabin, toilet and mirror.
The Living Room
Bright and roomy, the sleek design of the living room consists of a large sofa/bed with sectional – the L-shaped piece fits perfectly in the corner in front of an accent wall; additional white furnishings include two ottomans, a long buffet-like piece that holds a notebook with free Internet access, and an entertainment center – low to the ground, with speakers and a white TV. Two large windows illuminate the room along with a floor lamp with round plastic shade, while a red sculpture brings a subtle pop of color and a dynamic black/white print of the Eiffel Tower hangs behind the television is a sure to attract attention.
The Bedroom
Dark wood floors and light walls serve as the background to a mostly white bedroom. A wavy mirror is positioned on the wall behind the double bed, centered in the room; a large built-in closet contains space to hang clothing as well as storage shelves and drawers; on the opposite side of the room, a window opens to a sunny courtyard. The room also contains a round modern lamp on the floor next to the bed and a writing table with chair.
The Kitchen
An American-styled kitchen is decorated in red, with the exception of a small L-shaped bar, with red chairs, that separates it from the rest of the space. It comes equipped with utensils and cabinet drawers as well as a sink, microwave, refrigerator and other conveniences for a quiet night at home.
The Bathroom
The white bathroom contains a contemporary looking rectangular sink with a mirror attached to the wall behind, walk-in shower cabin with glass doors, and an integrated toilet.
The Area/Environment
Considered a secure area to reside due to the number of diplomatic embassies and residential areas such as Auteil and Passy, the 16th area of Paris still has many places to explore. Residents enjoy the Bois de Boulogne park, with its zoo, children’s attractions and choice of 18 cafés; in addition, this district is home to three sports arenas: Parc des Princes (football), Stade Jean-Bouin (rugby) and the Roland Garros Stadium (tennis). Parisian culture and cuisine can be experienced in a variety of local shops, cafés, bars and restaurants.
