General Description

A beautiful and impressive space, residents enter through a large hall that provides access to the living and dining rooms as well as the second and third bedrooms. With the exception of the kitchen and bathrooms, which contain tiled floors, the entire apartment has lovely parquet floors. A combination of antique pieces and modern furnishings make for an elegant, functional space able to sleep up to eight people.

The Entrance Hall

An antique chest sits on the parquet floors that run the length of the hall; a long framed mirror hangs on the wall. The hall provides direct access to the living room, dining room and the second and third bedrooms.

The Living Room

Shades of silver and gray, black and brown are predominant throughout the living room with parquet floors; facing the street are two large double-glazed windows with lovely drapes. The living room contains two leather sofas, placed against adjacent walls with a circular table with silver light in the corner between them. A glass coffee table extends across black and brown throw rugs; seating also includes a large ottoman and armchair. Two long framed mirrors meet at the corner of the adjacent walls behind the sofas. The Dining Room

The spacious, elegant dining room contains a large oval table with seating for up to 10 people; two double glazed windows face the street and the room contains a decorative fireplace and plasma TV. Other elements include a lovely chandelier that hangs over the center of the table, a floor plant, parquet floors and detailed molding near the high ceiling.

The Kitchen

The separate kitchen, which has a unique bar with double-counter and four modern white stools of which residents can watch the TV attached to the marble wall; it also has tiled floors, many cabinets and drawers and a window that faces out toward the courtyard. Residents have the convenience of utensils as well as a microwave, refrigerator and freezer, sink, toaster, vitro ceramic cook-stove, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, coffee maker and teakettle.

Set on a dark marble countertop, the first bathroom contains two bowl-like washbasins in front of a large well-lit mirror; shelves can be found underneath the countertop. The tiled room also contains a Jacuzzi bathtub, massage shower, towel rack and a plasma TV.

The Second Bathroom

Neighboring the second bedroom, the second bathroom (also tiled) includes a freestanding washbasin, shower, toilet and mirror on the wall.
