General Description

The living area contains a rich brown leather sofa and two armchairs, fireplace and a dining table that seat four; the spacious master bedroom has a rustic feel with a wood backboard, nightstands, framed mirror and decorative fireplace; the second bedroom contains a sofa/bed and closet; the kitchen is fully equipped; the bathroom contains a bathtub and shower.
The Living Room
The living room has parquet floors and two large windows that lead to a balcony. The room contains a leather couch and two matching armchairs, a coffee table made of glass and wood, small table to hold magazines, fireplace with flowers on the mantle and a round gilded mirror hanging on the wall above; on the adjacent wall is an inset bookshelf and unique mirror. On the other side of the room, an oval table with four chairs rests on a throw rug; against the wall is a large armoire with glass windows that show the china, tableware and glasses. Interesting baskets and small art pieces provide a balance of natural textures to the room.
The Kitchen
The rustic kitchen has a worked-in feel with its wood tiled countertop, cutting board, unique mirror (matches the one in the living area), ample cabinet space and drawers as well as the necessary utensils.
The First Bedroom
With access to the balcony, the first bedroom reaps the benefit of natural light from the window. The room contains a double bed with a beautifully wood finished headboard, two large night tables, a large mirror on the wall behind the bed, two smaller mirrors on an adjacent and opposite walls and a full length standing mirror; an indigenous looking tapestry hangs on the wall opposite the bed, near a small chest of drawers and armchair. The focal piece is antique table with washbasin.
The Second Bedroom
The second bedroom contains a sofa/bed, closet and has a large window that opens out to the balcony. This room also has a mirror hanging on the wall and a full-length floor mirror.
Extra Room
An added space contains a cabinet, bookshelves and writing table.
Balcony
The balcony has a table with two chairs; a lantern and plants in blue containers are lined along a wooden bench.
The Bathroom
The large bathtub/shower is faced with blue tiles; the bathroom has a sink with white countertop, cabinet and mirror. There’s also a second walk-in shower cabin.
The Area/Environment
Recognized for its public transportation system, which connects to other areas of the city as well as neighboring countries: Luxembourg, Germany and Switzerland; the 10th area of Paris is also home to the Gare de l’Est – its the oldest train station – and the Gare du Nord – a neoclassic part of the celebrity channel between England and France.
