This quiet cozy comfortable apartment (duplex) is located in the fifth district of Paris, just in two steps from the Pantheon.
It’s not far from the marvelous Jardin Luxembourg where small Petit Palais de Luxembourg (Luxembourg Palace) built in Florentine style is set up and La Place de la Sorbonne with its fountains.
The students’ life of Paris focuses in this area: there’re a lot of small cozy cafes, numerous bookshops and quiet squares.

Also it’s so pleasant to stroll in the Jardins Luxembourg, especially in the evenings or sunbathe on the free chairs surrounding the main fountain.
