The apartment is located in a modern building with concierge (24 hours), the entrance code. A silent fast elevator lifts you on the 21st floor where the apartment is situated. This 20 square meters studio apartment has a room combined with American kitchen, large terrace, bathroom and toilet combined.

There’s a splendid view from the windows on the Seine river, with its numerous bridges (the closest is Bridge Mirabeau), a little further there’s Paris Statue of Liberty; the famous 56-storey Monparnasse skyscraper and Maison de la Radio France are also in close proximity from the apartment.
