General Description

The apartment is totally furnished with modernistic, stylish furniture and fixtures. You’ll have your own independent building entrance and there is an elevator to take you to the 8th floor location, where the view out the windows is fantastic. The modern building offers generous amenities and concierge service is provided to take care of all the small details that make your rental all the more enjoyable. The studio will comfortably sleep four people.

The Living Room

There are two windows with mini-blinds overlooking a quite courtyard. Along with the great view, the windows provide a lot of sunshine and are topped with accent lighting to set the mood in the evening hours. The room is furnished with a leather sofa bed, 2 contrasting color leather and chrome chairs, trendy coffee table, flat screen TV-set, stereo, large floor lamp, and wireless internet access. The sleeping area is separate from the living room area for privacy.

The Kitchen

The kitchen includes everything you need for meal preparation and features an island counter with ceramic cooking surface, stainless steel sink, and large black granite counter that can be used for meal prep or casual dining. Comfortable padded, checkered stools provide seating for 4 people.

The Bathroom

Bathroom is modernly designed in cedar style panels and chrome fixtures that are as attractive as they are functional. The ceiling style and lighting in the room are very unique, as are the stainless steel washbasin and mirrors. The toilet is separate.
