The entrance
The entrance hall has a door leading to the separate half bathroom, and leads directly into the newly designed kitchen area, which is nestled in a corner of the hall to provide more living space in the apartment. It then leads into the bedroom and living room area.
The Living Room
The spacious living room has three large windows that create an entire wall of natural light. This room faces the courtyard, which allows further privacy and calm while providing a relaxing view. Recently redone by an architect, the living area has walls full of modern closet space and shelves, built to blend in with the original moldings, creating an eclectic atmosphere. Close to the covered farmers market Marché St-Germain, you will also be near Rue de Seine and Rue de Buci Champion supermarket, cheese shops, wine merchants and bistros and restaurants.
